Costa Crociere S.p.A. is a leading cruise company in Europe and China with headquarters in Genoa, Italy. The 28 cruise ships of the Costa Cruises, AIDA Cruises and Costa Asia brands provide a total of over 85,000 available places. By 2023, as many as 5 new ships have joined the Costa fleet. Worldwide, the company has 30,000 employees working on board and in twenty offices in fourteen countries.
In 2019, Costa Crociere decided to start marketing and PR communication in Poland. Our agency was chosen for cooperation and was tasked with creating and developing a brand on our market. The aim of these activities was primarily to build awareness about Costa Crociere among Polish tourists and to provide marketing support for cooperating national travel agencies. In addition, throughout the period of cooperation, the Wide Vision agency informed potential customers about an compelling tourist alternative, thus increasing interest in this type of offer.
As part of our job, we conducted extensive communication activities, including close cooperation with journalists from traditional and electronic media. We have been in contact with industry and other media reaching a very wide audience. We also planned and implemented activities in social networking sites. We dealt with the purchase of media, the development of paid promotions, as well as events that were a combination of press conferences and meetings for business partners.

After seven months of cooperation, we obtained over 400 publications in the press and electronic media. Their advertising equivalent amounted to almost2 000 000 złotych. The brand profile on Facebook currently has over 2 500 000 fans.
